Where are TSM located?

TSM have their headquarters in Dundalk , Ireland and Regional offices in USA, Taiwan and mainland China . We work in combination with partners and sales channels in all regions and have an extensive installed based across all regions.   How long are you in Business ? TSM was founded in 1976 by Jim O'Callaghan our current President . An innovator of the highest calibre he introduced many landmark innovations to the industry from the first width controller to the present range of gravimetric and material handling solutions . One thing was a always a common factor ... INNOVATION ...... and it still continues today.

 What Products do you provide?

TSM has built it's reputation on design, manufacture and supply of Gravimetric Blending solutions and offer a full products for all segments of the plastics industry. TSM over the years have expanded their product range into material handling and inventory control solutions. The commissioning and aftercare services ensure TSM can offer a full turnkey solution to our customers.

 What are TSM's key corporate values? 

The family ethos at TSM is very strong and a valuable asset; everyone wants the business to succeed so we all focus on the end-result and what is best for our customers. There is respect for the individual, which means all contributions from all associates are valued. I'd also include honesty and transparency in dealing with customers and all our stakeholders as another foundation of the business. Our programme of training is important to us. A genuine customer focus, as in being there for the customers, being proactive, having service people and spare parts where they need to be, and a tiered level of service with good availability. 

What attracts customers and encourages them to stay with TSM?

The quality and range of our products and services allow our customers to  reduce costs, increase quality and improve productivity - three key reasons for using TSM. Our continued investment in R&D is also a critical factor in our ability to support customer demands and is a mainstay of our organisation. TSM has once again set the bar a little higher with new products that ensure minimum gauging and fast response to process deviations is much improved over current market standards.
