TSM's ICS serves as a central management system for all TSM blenders within an organization. The ICS allows a plant supervisor to view an organisation tree of all TSM blenders, whether it is by building, department, extrusion line, or molding.
As TSM’s ICS employs an SQL driven database, greater analysis of current inventory usage is possible such as the methods shown below: • Materials management • Recipe management • Machine Control • Plant wide alarm monitoring • Logging • Cost Analysis • Recipe Storage • Reports • Printable reports, electronic reports
Plant-wide alarm and reporting is a standard feature of the TSM ICS, ensuring production issues that occur at any time of day or night are available for later analysis. A full materials management system allows a supervisor to define materials, including costs per unit, codes, descriptions, etc. Recipes can then be built, using the materials database. For extra clarity and to avoid information overload, materials and recipes can be grouped on-screen.
Multi-threaded data logging from all machines to a SQL database, and a fully customizable reporting engine ensure you can get the information you require from the system, while password protected security levels ensure only relevant members of your organisation have access to the information they need to see. Utilising an industry standard SQL database for all information ensures that the data is readily accessible for other systems such as ERP systems, or any other third party systems.
