TSM are delighted to announce the new online customer support service is now live!

Our new online support section is now live and operational for use by all existing TSM customers. To access this online support service click here. Please apply for registration approval on the right hand side of the support screen.

This new online support service allows each of our customers to view equipment manuals online, download machine software updates, select spare parts for dispatch or contact us directly for remote assistance.

All equipment shipped from fourth quarter 2007 or upgraded after this time can be remotely accessed globally for remote diagnostics and assistance by a TSM engineer. This ensures servicing can take place quickly and with minimal expense.
