The revolutionary design of TSM's newest gravimetric blending system allows us to offer you unsurpassed accuracy and reliability at low throughputs for a fiercely competitive price. Design specifically for the moulding market, the TSM Optimix is also extremely useful for small extrusion mono lines and low throughput Co-Ex lines.

The TSM Optimix uses only ONE moving part to blend and mix four components gravimetrically.  It guarantees accurate material dosing even with the extremely low throughputs required by specialist moulded end products. TSM's revolutionary hopper  Dispense Valves are capable of dispensing material down to 0.5% and can provide the most accurate and repeatable blend control on the market with batch to batch accuracy of 0.02% or better.  Accuracy is not affected by vibration or shock when the blender is machine mounted.

Patented Auger Mixing

The patented, positive-displacement, reverse mixing auger provides improved uniformity of the blend, with no material separation guaranteed. Due to the nature of the mixing Auger it is ideal for mixing low density materials and with the added second benefit of a cramming action, regrinds or virgins are forced down into the processing machine. The Auger is easily removable, without tools, for cleaning and maintenance.

Rapid Restarts

To facilitate rapid colour changes the TSM Optimix removable hoppers allow emptying and cleaning to be completed in less than a minute.  The dispensing valve is incorporated into the hopper and the operator simply releases the air supply and two quick release connections; and the hopper can be replaced or cleaned as required.
