Irish owned and based in Dundalk, Co Louth. TSM design and manufacture a comprehensive range of gravimetric blenders, materials handling equipment, gauges, and supervisory systems for the plastics industry.
International Sales & Marketing Director
Reporting to the Managing Director this individual will be responsible for devising and implementing a Sales & Marketing strategy and ambitious sales targets to achieve expansion throughout Europe and Asia.
The successful candidate will oversee and develop the sales and marketing function whilst growing new and existing business within the Plastics Extrusion & Moulding Markets. There will be a particular emphasis on leading from the front to open doors through hands on solution sales.
Must have experience of managing, motivating and developing a network of technically astute channel partners worldwide.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of up to 10 years experience in winning profitable international business and will also have a passion for business development. A background in capital equipment sales to the plastics processing industry is essential, and experience of materials handling or process control would be a distinct advantage. Fluency in a European language would be highly desirable.
This position will require frequent visits to International clients. The successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package which rewards success along with personal development opportunities.
Area Sales Managers
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director this individual will be responsible for working with agents to develop new accounts, and providing support to agents (training, sales calls, quotations, after sales, trouble shooting, etc) to enable them to develop their markets. The successful candidate will have a plastics processing or materials handling background in a sales or field support related position. Process control experience would also be advantageous, as would knowledge of a European language.
