Special Options / Features
 Easy Drain Chutes
Designed as an option on the TSM350-1500, this "Drain Every Grain with Easy Drain" feature enables the operator to completely drain all material particles from the hopper bins without interfering with blender operation. |
 Material By-Pass
This special patented feature allows the virgin material to be fed directly in to the main processing machine from one of the main material hopper bins on top of the blender. This totally isolates the main dosing area and mixing chamber of the blender, thus allowing cleaning or maintenance. |
 FibreBatch
(Automatic Cleaning)
This Gravimetric Batch blender (250kg/hr) was designed specifically for the Fibre industry. It allows rapid recipe changeovers with the aid of automatic cleaning and material by-pass. Extremely high accuracy dosing and can hold six different material components at given time. |
Bridge Breaker
Extremely effective option for the hopper bin of difficult materials which tend to bridge or cram up the path to the dosing station. |
Blow Moulding
(Regrind Cramming Action)
Due to the specific nature of blow moulded regrind, it is extremely difficult
to reprocess back through the system. It tends to block up the throat to
the processing machine. However due to the specific nature of
the patented mixing auger from TSM, a cramming action forces this
difficult regrind down into the main processing machine and production
can be increased between 5-10%. |
 Thermoforming
(Flake Regrind Processing)
Flake / Sheet regrind from the Thermoforming / Vacuum forming process is notoriously difficult to reprocess due to its density and size. With the patented mixing auger, TSM guarantee that all the regrind will be mixed homogenously with the virgin and additives regardless of density or that you can process 100% of the regrind through the system. |

Dry Batch
(High Temperature Applications)
Gravimetric Batch Blender designed to handle very high temperature materials such as PET coming from dryers. Can handle up to 1000 kg/hr. The standard TSM blender range (50-3000 kg/hr) can be manufactured on special request to handle up to 1000C.
