Vacuum Loading

The Vac 350 vacuum sequencer, one of the newest products in the TSM portfolio is a low cost vacuum sequencer that monitors the vacuum receivers & co-ordinates filling from the central conveying system or day bins.
Each vacuum receiver contains a blow back mechanism for cleaning the individual filters at the end of each cycle. The central vacuum filter allows easy access for cleaning purposes,without disturbing individual vacuum receivers.
Advanced intelligent vacuum receiver (IVR)has its own onboard processor which requests service from the sequencer controller via a serial link.
VAC 350 Panel & Software
- The VAC 350 can co-ordinate up to 64 vacuum receivers and 5 individual vacuum pumps
- It allows the user to assign priorities to the hoppers in the system
- It utilises the TSM standard 16line x 40 character Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and membrane keypad
- It also allows the user to configure separate vacuum groups, if the number of hoppers and fill frequencies warrant an additional vacuum return line
- It can provide sophisticated prioritising algorithms for large scale materials handling applications
Vac 8 Module
Communicates with the VAC350 or CP 2000 Sequencer panel to request a hopper fill. This module can communicate with up to 8 individual vacuum hopper loaders simultaneously and co-ordinate filling sequences.
Vacuum Recievers
The TSM Vacuum Recievers can incorporate non-return check valves to inhibit cross flow of material supplied to multiple hoppers from a c ommon header pipe.
Various hopper capacities are used, depending on the throughput and mix ratios. Capacities from 18 litres to 128 litres are available.
Central Dust collection filter
The TSM Central Dust collection filter allows easy access for cleaning purposes, without disturbing individual vacuum receivers.
It is a secondary filter for fine dust particles the vacuum receiver screens let through the return line. It also provides backup protection for the pump, in the event of vacuum receiver screen damage.
Vacuum Lids
The TSM proprietary internal valve mechanism incorporates a blow back cylinder to ensure screens are kept clean before each hopper charge.
